Australian Business Awards

Australian Business Awards are the recognition of honour for those businesses that are capable of demonstrating core values of an organization in excellence, product excellence, sustainability and commercial success. It also gives important to the organizations that make important social and environmental contributions through some of the elements like excellence of service, commitment of their customers, philanthropic ideals, ethical behaviour and environmental sustainability.

Each of the above categories has again classified into different sub-categories and are as follows:

Business Awards:

The organizations which can participate in this category and sub-categories are private companies, publicly listed companies, multi-national subsidiaries, non-government organizations, educational institutions, franchise systems, partnerships, educational institutions, government departments, government agencies, local government and statutory bodies operating in Australia.

1. Australian Business Award for Excellence

This award aim is to recognize those organizations which has the capability of achieving outstanding commercial success also at the same time undertaking new projects confidently.

2. Australian Business Award for Innovation

This award will be awarding those organizations which has leadership qualities and also has the ability to apply them in practical applications along with innovative solutions either for new or existing market needs that will result in commercial as well as environmental or social benefit.

3. Australian Business Award for Technology

This award will be recognizing organizations which has good leadership qualities and will be capable of applying them not only in practical applications but also in technological solutions either it can be for new or existing market needs which will result in commercial as well as environmental or social benefit.

4. Australian Business Award for Marketing Excellence

This award will identify those businesses that will be achieving outstanding results through initiatives which will demonstrate marketing strategies and execution in an innovative way.

5. Australian Business Award for Brand Excellence

Australian Business Award for Brand Excellence will identify that businesses that are capable of achieving outstanding results through initiatives that will be demonstrating excellence in brand management.

6. Australian Business Award for Service Excellence

This award category takes the responsibility of recognising those organizations which are capable of achieving outstanding results through initiatives that will demonstrate leadership qualities along with commitment in excellence service.

7. Australian Business Award for Project Management

It will be recognizing those businesses that will achieve outstanding results through excellent project management skills.

8. Australian Business Award for Community Contribution

It aims at awarding those businesses that will implement policies or execute projects that will have a good impact on community with long term benefits.

Those organizations which will be executing initiatives and are capable of demonstrating leadership qualities along with commitment to sustainable business practices are awarded in this category.

10. Australian Business Award for Human Resource Management

This award is to recognize those organizations which will be executing initiatives that are capable of demonstrating leadership qualities along with commitment to excellence in human resource management.

The projects that are eligible in this category and sub-categories are manufactured goods, devices, equipment, services, programs, projects, activities, information, knowledge, software, platforms & systems.

Australian Charity Awards

In this category both The Australian Charity Award for Outstanding Achievement and The Australian Charity of the Year are culminated. It will recognize those charitable organizations that are having outstanding results from initiatives which have high benefits of charitable causes. Entry into this category will be available for all those organizations that have charitable funds and institutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Initiatives are not limited some of the eligible initiatives include developments, projects, processes, programs, systems, services, ventures, technologies and undertakings. Products that are not eligible for Australian Business awards are prototypes, off-tool samples and products that are still undergoing trials. There is no limit for number of entries from the same organization but they must be unique.
