The prestigious Sydney Achievers International scholarship is provided for new international students who would like to study in university of Sydney in Australia. The scholarships are aimed to attract academically meritorious, highly achieving international students to enjoy the experience of Sydney in one of the finest higher education institutions in the world.
Until recently, the University of Sydney has announced that it will be offering at least 100 of the prestigious Sydney Achievers’ International scholarships. It is indeed a pleasure for the university to host such a large number of international students in their country, and they do so with open hearts. The university welcomes the students and encourages education and learning all across the globe.
The Sydney Achievers International Scholarships are hosted by the University of Sydney, Australia. The student can select any undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program offered by the university.The number of these prestigious scholarships offered to the academically meritorious, highly achieving international student’s. A student from any country can be awarded by the Sydney achievers international scholarship.
The benefits of the award and some of the perks you will receive along with the scholarship are:
  • AUD$10,000 will be paid per annum for the CRICOS registered duration of a recipient’s program of study, for all Postgraduate Coursework program offered by the University of Sydney (subjected to the recipient maintaining his academic progress satisfactory every year)
  • Living allowance will be paid for by the scholarship

Award Conditions

  • Applicants should have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification or an international senior secondary qualification that is accepted by the University with outstanding results, as deemed by the University of Sydney
  • Students who are completing Foundation Studies Programs offered by Australian or New Zealand universities are all eligible.
  • Any student who has already commenced or completed tertiary studies, or students transferring with the credit exemptions and/or advanced standing, are not considered to be eligible.
  • Students who have commenced / completed postgraduate studies, or students transferring with credit exemptions and/or advanced standing, are not considered to be eligible.
All the applicants / applications that meet the selection criteria and eligibility criteria are considered automatically resulting in unconditional offers. The deadline for receiving the applications and complete supporting documentations will be on 15 January 2014 for Semester 1, 2014, and on 30 June 2014 for Semester 2, 2014.
